This underlines the company’s quality claim to make digital signatures accessible to everyone.

A hybrid solution for digital signature processes

sproof Fastlane was specially developed for mass use in signature processes with end customers. It is a maximally simplified digital workflow that obtains legally valid electronic signatures and form data without barriers. The strength of Fastlane lies in its flexibility: the solution can be placed exactly where digital approvals are needed – on site via QR code, via documents sent by post, via a link in emails or text messages or embedded in existing web portals. Signatories are intuitively guided through the process with just a few clicks, without the need for complicated registrations. Despite this simplification, the solution remains 100% legally compliant and GDPR-compliant.

Versatile in use

The sproof Fastlane is already being used successfully in practice. For example, the solution supports universities in the digital enrolment of new students – without paper chaos and without long waiting times. Companies and associations also use the solution to obtain SEPA direct debit mandates quickly and in compliance with the law. In addition, a wide variety of declarations of consent – for example on data protection, conditions of participation or information releases – are digitally recorded and documented in an audit-proof manner with just a few clicks. This makes processes that previously tied up a lot of time and resources efficient, transparent and much simpler for everyone involved.

Accessibility as a prerequisite for broad digital participation

All of these use cases have one thing in common: they are aimed at large, heterogeneous user groups. Accessibility is a must here – because this is the only way to make digital administrative processes truly inclusive. But the market reality is different: Even after the European Accessibility Act (EAA) comes into force in June 2025, around 93% of European websites continue to fail accessibility tests, according to recent studies such as the Digital Trust Index. Interactive elements such as forms and checkouts are particularly critical.

“The optimal user-friendliness and accessibility of our solution was our top priority right from the start,” emphasizes Dr. Fabian Knirsch, CEO and co-founder of sproof. “Fastlane’s excellent performance in the independent accessibility audit confirms this course. It motivates us to continue working consistently on digital accessibility – so that really everyone can simply sign digitally.”

Based on the current evaluation, further improvements are now being implemented to make digital processes even more inclusive and self-determined.

["post-158665","presse","type-presse","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
